Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

No job security,no work culture, always have to fear about the CEO

Dislikes

CEO will keep monitoring the employee when he go for rest room, coffee, lunch.they won't give any training for freshers. If he failed in client interview he will be fired. They put bond for 1 or 2 lakhs. Even after working for 1 year in client location, if he failed in next client interview he will be fired.its just daily wage agency
