Company don't trust on employee only look at works and make sign to employee bond like if he/she doesn't work well then salary will be deducted and no increment.

Dislikes

Company owner is very worst, he doesn't think that employee have his/her own life he wants that all employee should work in midnight in company too if you complete your working hours then you can't go. you have to sit until midnight otherwise go to search other job.
