The company is cheating people. I work here for salary but here the company's main motive is to cheat people and take their money in the name of fake job referrals. I am going to quit soon

There is work flexibility which is the only benefit

It is a start up firm and they pay very less. Even you outperform and show good results, there are no perks and benefits. You are not paid for your worth!! Also Saturdays are working.

The work life balance s good. It’s work from home permanently… Most importantly what I like here is they have shaped me and my career , they have given me more opportunities to shine here..

It’s 6 days working. salary hike is not as expected..

6 days working is tough...need at least alternate Saturdays off They always check break times in between They are providing good incentives but if you don't meet certain criteria they will deduct some amount also, so cost cutting is there.

A bit of flexibility is there as we can work from home at times when required.

Dislikes

Everything else. No office culture. No professionalism. No job security. Most of the time is wasted in handling complaints from coworkers and clients.
