Top management is more interested on the income part due to which they are missing bottom line activities and motivation at the ground level activities. R&R activities for to bottom level employee, team bonding exercise at zonal and regional level are completely missing. Top management is very heavy in terms of cost and hierarchy. Less chance for internal growth. Which is only possible, if positions get vacant. They have expended very heavily now they are planning shut down none profitable branches as they are operating majorly through coworking concept with mybranch. Reviews are very lengthy , on weekly basis and involves RM level employees into it..

Dislikes

The organisational culture is going down the drain. Bad culture flows top-down here. Even the HR department speak the language as business departments.
