Nothing this is not a company they have own SOP they working pattern like Kirana super store if you tell something then they will terminate you without any kind of warning later I don't think it's happen in any company so my statement very clear its a Kirana shop the owner is king they change the rule of his mind

1.Salary not on time 2.Incentive not on time 3.If you rise your hand for incentive they will terminate you 4.They have own rule book 5. They have change the corporate culture depend on director mind

... company, no work culture payouts are not timely disbursed. No job security. They try to find exuses to deduct your salary. Managers don't have any authority everything is under Director's control. They'll ask you to write good review on google glassdor and now ambitionbox on the day of joining to maintain their rating(4star rating here is only because of that). They'll hold your salary of your notice period and never give you back. Directors especially sales don't have much skills.

...ha hai 2) Time to time hand wash fullfill nahi karte 3) Enjoy ke liye kuch get together arrange nahi karte 4) 7 tarik ko salary credit hone vaali hoti us din Mali aata hai ki salary One day late aayegi jis ke karan fixed routine mai change aata hai 5) week-off mai koyi department ko work ki requirement hai to une C-off dena un ke liye sab ka routine change karna nahi chaiye 6) Monthly training arange honi chaiye

Huge deduction from Salary, if u late 5min . If u want to spoil your career than join Whitelion marketing department. Huge community politics are there. Lack of knowledge of marketing manager. Choose wisely before join Whitelion.

They don't pay you salary on time. They try to find exuses to deduct your salary every month. Slightest of issue they'll hold expense. Poor top management. Managers don't have any authority everything is under Director control. They'll ask you to write good review on google glassdor and now ambitionbox on the day of joining to maintain their rating(4star rating here is only because of that). They'll hold your salary of your notice period and never give you back. Directors especially sales don't have much skills neither the managers so don't expect to learn anything here. This is a complete LALA company and their product rejection is very high in the market. They make fake commitments to Channel partners and sales person has to face the burnt.
