Managers don't have any authority everything is under Director's control. They'll ask you to write good review on google glassdor and now ambitionbox on the day of joining to maintain their rating(4star rating here is only because of that). They'll hold your salary of your notice period and never give you back. Directors especially sales don't have much skills.

Managers don't have any authority everything is under Director control. They'll ask you to write good review on google glassdor and now ambitionbox on the day of joining to maintain their rating(4star rating here is only because of that). They'll hold your salary of your notice period and never give you back. Directors especially sales don't have much skills neither the managers so don't expect to learn anything here. This is a complete LALA company and their product rejection is very high in the market. They make fake commitments to Channel partners and sales person has to face the burnt.
