Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They just believe in use and throw and don't even pay you on time..have no record of employess and can fire you anytime. There is 0 professionalism. Everything js verbal which they will manipulate as per the convenience. They deserve people who just time pass.

Sometimes salary not on time but as a startup we have to take a stand to see better growth for company then definitely will be getting benefits out of it, as I have received multiple times and however prior notice will be there if any delay in salary . No strict timing is a very good part of this job. Work Hard and get full benefits which is normal as like other companies. Overall Good and supportive management. Cheers to founders and directors 👍
