When Karan Bajaj sir was CEO everything was going good. But after he part his ways everything falls apart. Unnecessary work pressure is there, warning calls, warning mails every other day. No benefits at all. Even no off day. If any student or their parents misbehave with you and made you cry management will ask you to Forget about it as Students are the payers they can not say anything to them. Management never stands for their employees.

This company gives a comfort place to every employee to work at their own space,though we adhere to rules and regulations,we feel the environment is much stress free.Everybody's opinion is taken into account which is very much essential for a company to develop.Whatever you feel ,you can always voice out your opinions and even if you need help you can ask to your collegue ,they will help you out in all means without any discrimination or superior power.

Dislikes

Compensation is good and the growth is tremendous.Professionally I have grown alot by taking all the inputs given by the company.They see to that each and every employee is treated the same.Everybody's talent is equally appreciated and sitting at an online class you gotta to meet kids from all over the world.Am really blessed to be apart of this company .

Before 1 year it was all good but after the Karab Bajaj CEO left, lots of things got changed and those changes are terrible.

Dislikes

No promotion to mentors who are working more than 2 to 3 years, no hike in salary, instead of giving hike they have reduced our 50% salary, no paid leaves, no government national holidays. Lots of policies you cannot have a normal life if you are working here, lots of stress. You will not have job security, if you are a mentor then at any time without any proper reason they can terminate you.

Nothing... Terrible company... Big liars.. They will revoke your mg without even listening to you and will not at all listen to teachers. No salary on time... They force to take class as per there convenience... No hike given....

Everything I dislike... Work culture... Salary cuts... No. Timely salary given... No promotions.. Take classes as per there time

...y to Byjus, its really terrific. No value for teachers, no recognition nothing. Even salary also not in time.

White Hat is fine till now, but after Byjus interference the scale went down. I pray to God that karan should take over again
