Nothing except the part where you get to interact with children from different country

Pay is a joke. No paid holidays. Expect to work on every weekend. Work for 15 hours to get paid 20 percent of an IT job. Only good for people who don't have anywhere else to go because they don't have Technical degrees. You will constantly gets calls from Random Company people about your performance(3 times a day). You will receive constant threats about termination. They keep on releasing new courses almost daily and expect you to be on your toes in completing them by doing overtime without pay. Would not recommend at any cost.

Since I left the company, they deducted the TDS from my salary but not credited it to income tax dept. yet. They consumed the money deducted from my salary in the name of TDS. Also they did not deposit my PF amount into my PF account that was deducted from my salary for last 7 months from January 2023 told July 2023.
