Whitehat offers good salary to freshers and experienced as compared to other Ed Tech companies with good incentive structure but getting sales is next to impossible as they don't have proper organic Leads . Trying to encash old leads again and again doesn't work after a point.

NO JOB SECURITY. NO CLARITY AND CO-ORDINATION AMONG THE DIFFERENT VERTICALS. INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE WITHOUT VISION AND MATURITY SITTING @ HIGH POSTS GIVING DIRECTIONS AND ORDERS THAT LEADS TO ZERO. SALES MANAGERS ARE MORE EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL AND TOP MANAGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOESN'T TREAT ITS EMPLOYEES AS ASSETS OR FAMILY. COMPANY ONLY HAS HIRE & FIRE POLICY.

There is everything in this company is disliked only, 1. HR given all wrong commitment by the time of interview just to hire us and make there own incentives 2. By the time they said its WFH only for tranning you need to come office BUT now 6 days in week we have to come office 3. They said its 9 hour job but they will make you work for more there 11 hours at office 4. One week office is performance base which you will never got as you will get it if you achieve your weekly Target more then 120%, if in case you achieve also still your TL or VP will make you come at office 5. If you join here you can't expect work life balance at all, you have to delete all your friends and family members from your routine life 6. You will get exit even on one week non performance 7. So many things are going terrible here. cant be explained in one review

Sorry to say but only the monthly salary portion was acceptable. Which being a Sales Manager is pretty frustrating.

Job security, Talent acquisition, work culture, managemental failure, investment in worthless, no steps to reach future goal.

Nothing.. it is huge scam. They show fancy package and threaten employees like hell.. worst period of my professional life. Each and evry employes is terrible they are just paid only create threats and bring out sales. There is no work ethics no work culture. No particular week off. No particular working hours.

...he morning.. in that way I was unable to plan my day off. Huge pressure of work. They torture mentally because employees work there for salary and they threaten the employee at all level like if they do not complete talktime or they the y don’t deliver the sale the will terminate. There is no HR policy.l practically. Directors threaten us by saying that HR is in my pocket I can call HR right away and throw you out within a minute. Pathetic work culture. VP conducts zoom Calls and threaten us badly. They treat employees like servants. Worklife balance was hell. We were not allowed take leaves. They terminate people even if they get ill and not able to join.

Dislike - My team leader Shilpa Sharma and Director Shoeb was not at all supportive . I was about to complete my target on time but Shilpa Sharma and Shoeb removed my live leadsand moved to an executive named Rabia. And when in RNR session it was completely told by Vishwananth and Hr head Heather that it is compulsory for everyone to join office but still partiality has been made . A girl named Rabia who stays at pune she has been told to work from home as her inlaws dont allow .... So if this is the case then even I had similar issue .... Everyone has some or the other problem but stilll need to manage ... Rules and regulations should be equal to everyone ... HR Sonam Jaggie is not at all deserving post of HRBP ...because when she discussed the matter she always supports Team leader and Directors .
