Management is a concern. Dumb people who don’t know anything are at high level. Plz reduce the upper management cost, Agent level people works very well and hard. please do necessary lays off in directors and VP level they are the biggest cost to the company. They are liability to the company Why do a company need a Director and VP for every process a senior manager can handle 100 in other companies

from manager to director all are very unprofessional they told something during joining and told something after joining . sack ratio is very high . job satisfaction & job retention both are very low

Whitehat Jr used to be a great company to work with before byjus's acquisition. I have seen people getting promotions completely based on their skills and performance (Meritocracy), but eventually, everything came to a halt after the acquisition.

Dislikes

...owadays. But whitehat jr was extreme in laying off the employees out of nowhere. And the worst part is that the layoffs were based on their salary range, not on their performance. Many good performers lost their job at a time when jobs in the market are in scarcity. Try to understand the point here, they were moved into different departments then they were judged based on their salary range and then laid off. And because of this strategy, many lost their jobs. PS: If you are thinking of joining whitehat jr now, then take my suggestion and don't join. Look for a better opportunity. Now there's nothing left in the company.

They give decently competitive pay and there is a chance for growth if you work day and night

The work culture is pathetic. There is no work-life balance. Everybody is just trying to push their own agenda and KPIs. HR is non-existent.

Compensation is good, however, they deduct a lot from incentives as well.

Dislikes

Work-life balance, Even though the company is very diverse then to some people are not helpful. Especially few HR personnel with whom I have interacted. Job is very frustrating. Also, they hired many people as Technical Support, Relationship Manager,etc and then started asking many people to work as customer support.
