It's permanent work from home, for womens it's really good as they can manage both home and job aswell. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

There are many things here for learning and for knowledge making but there's no hike in salary.

Work from home completely. Flexibility to choose working hours every month . Teach young minds from around the world. Good company culture and colleagues. Full Transparency.

Job security is a concern for online teachers. Minimum pay scale is fixed from so many years, no change and no annual increment. Company policies change very frequently.

In this company learning opportunity is more as they will prepare you by providing lesson plans and videos which help you alot.

For teachers there is no respect and no job security, no incentives, no bonus and no fix pay.

Whitehat Jr used to be a great company to work with before byjus's acquisition. I have seen people getting promotions completely based on their skills and performance (Meritocracy), but eventually, everything came to a halt after the acquisition.

...owadays. But whitehat jr was extreme in laying off the employees out of nowhere. And the worst part is that the layoffs were based on their salary range, not on their performance. Many good performers lost their job at a time when jobs in the market are in scarcity. Try to understand the point here, they were moved into different departments then they were judged based on their salary range and then laid off. And because of this strategy, many lost their jobs. PS: If you are thinking of joining whitehat jr now, then take my suggestion and don't join. Look for a better opportunity. Now there's nothing left in the company.

To be very honest Only the LMS part is tuff for us too handle on time. Other than that nothing.
