It is a very good platform. The curriculum for music is very good. Students really enjoy the classes. However there is scope for improvement regarding work life balance and the penalties that are applicable for the teachers is too high. Classes cancelled one week before shouldn't be considered as a cancellation.

Dislikes

There is this flexible scheduling for students through which they book classes any particular hour. They should have a fixed schedule for the students too but if they wish to change the schedule, they should be able to do that. But they should have classes at a fixed time decided by them. High penalties for the teachers is really disheartening and unfair.

I get to learn a lot whole teaching the students. It is great platform to grow your skills while earning. There are also many contests in which the teachers can participate.
