Exploiting employees by giving false hopes and less money for work done 6. Unnecessary rules and regulations which keeps changing according to their convenience 7. No proper help for employees 8. No job security 9. Disrespect employees and no proper solution to issues 10. Working culture is the worst 11. No proper compensation for their errors. They just want to exploit people by giving small amount

Copywriters have no access to tools to track their comms' performance 14. Yet, too many cooks are invited to subjectively cook the broth 15.
