... responsible, No anyone give you solutions once you made a mistakes to every Sr. staff employee scold and also be ready for penalty deductions such made by white shrub my 16 days salary on due but they don't pay to me yet.

I was fresher when i joined the company whiteshurb. I was in a E-commerce department. I learned a lot about E-commerce company. Good work environment enjoy working with my teammates. And i am very pleased with the level of support I have received by the teammates.

To be honest Nothing. I was fresher they give me opportunity to work with them. And i leaned a alot main issue was the salary they are providing.

There's no hierarchy, job security, and training for the new comers. If you're going to work here, don't expect a good salary and only designated work for yourself.

No job security as they would make sure make you leave because they can't afford to pay you accordingly. So much of politics within the departments. Don't waste your time by joining this organisation.

No matter how best you give and do for the organization, they will never appreciate your work instead demotivates. Beware of these kinda organizations who don't and never would appreciate your talent.
