Very good staf food &payment is 1date bank a/c jama. Month mai four vikli off. PF, FSI. Fasliti &advance 15din kay bad miltha, ada card no thali sistem veg&nonveg, payment acha hai. Bus thanks.

Payment kay baray mai badtha hu bola badya nahi. Kichan staf is bad bathay barabar nahi karthay. Staf ko khanay ko jagah kami, tik tak nahi bathroom single puray staf mai. Yeak hi break kay bad room bahuth dur hai 30 minit lagtha hai janayko. aram nahi mil tha. Stuvard acha nahi.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
