The company gave brilliant opportunities for me to grow as a writer. The management was encouraging and listened to employees. The team was quite supportive and though I don't have an IT background, I was encouraged a lot.

Dislikes

Unfortunately, I didn't have good job security as my department was shut down abruptly. The reasons given were poor business and I am yet to receive part of my salary

White Cloud Infotech is a IT company which is being managed by people who are not related to this IT field. They are not concentrating on the services offered, they just need business without having a good technical staff. All the concepts they tell is of somebody else's idea and they won't work out anything. Only fake people can sustain with White Cloud. In my experience, in the last one year only one BDM has sustained with whitecloud. Because, the company has no base in IT industry.
