Variable in the CTC is between 10% to 15% as performance bonus. As per company performance employee getting this performance amount & not as per individual performance. Most of the times we getting this performance bonus as 0%, 40% due to company poor performance.

Good company to work. Which have performance based good job security. Company policies are ok. Appraisals are fair with ok salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is good but growth is slow. Unresponsive culture, gender based diversity in focus which creates boundaries and restrictions to grow. Knowledge flow is limited.

we don't have decent pay at the lower level of engineers and we work under contract basis.

Yearly bonus is deducted from CTC when other competitor gives bonus other than CTC
