Good company to work. Which have performance based good job security. Company policies are ok. Appraisals are fair with ok salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is good but growth is slow. Unresponsive culture, gender based diversity in focus which creates boundaries and restrictions to grow. Knowledge flow is limited.

...s need improvement. Employees are not paid as per thier experience or expertize. If someone joined for less package at the early stages of career, he has to carry it throughout his whirlpool career.

Working in whirlpool G-tech Pune ,the work culture and work life balance is good

...it is worst decision. They fire contractor like hell any time even within month. It's better to go other company in less package instead of whirlpool.. even for on roll position your increment and promotion is also depend on politics.

Unlimited leaves. No work presure..almost equal to government company

... is very low class.. Performance bonus is not garuneteed.its zero for last year. Salary structure is poore...most of the component is bonus which company doesn't pay full. Peoples going for long vacation without any replacement of ther job responsibilities which delays work and nobody cares to look at it. Project starts and ends with infinity deadline.
