Not recommended to get hike in Salary within a year, it's a good company to work with but you only get paid if you follow all its policy.

In covid19 period company given full salary that is the only good thing

In bigining was good but after December 2019, poor management by not giving incentive properly, even after achieved 150% target , No job security , employees problems are nothing to them..

Any Teamleader not eligible for wheelseye salary packge, because he don't done any work . He work only calling for excutive, without apreciation.
