...ot alone and we get full support of entire team. Very cool and calm environment. Very high total take home salary, including bonus. I am getting double of my previous job. Also, we don't need to lie to customers to meet parts and labour target. We can say the truth always, and we get encouragement for that.

Dislikes

High focus on quality, it is difficult sometimes, but we have to improve ourself to grow in our career, so it is a good thing I feel.

Likes

Very supportive management, very knowledgeable location head, regular salary, excellent incentives and monthly bonus also.

Dislikes

Long working hours - but it is not a dislike. We have to work hard in all private companies.

Amazing place to work. Founder worked for 16 years in IT industry before starting Wheels Wisdom. Highly ethical, and does not tolerate people who lie, or are careless about their job. I like that work culture.

Dislikes

Sometimes deliveries happen quite late, but I am okay with that. In my early years of working life, i want to learn a lot about automobiles, and Wheels Wisdom gives us such a wide variety of vehicles and customers, and we can learn really fast as well as effectively here. So I don't care about the timings. I love this job.

There is no timings need to work at 2:00 pm at night need to deliver the car there is so many evaluation QA process, inspection report, mandatory replacement report, pickup report, delivery summary report everything must be done for one car and get to service center and fix it need to take pictures get a approval for all parts and each repair then need to work after that need to deliver the car at customer's location and there need to take delivery summary and talk to customer explain them need to ask for membership plan and leave the customer location after the approval of your manager very tough job and lot of stress will be there.

The Working Atmosphere is good and we are able to learn more about, what we learnt earlier.

Dislikes

I don't feel dislike at Wheels Wisdom it's about how you there in the work that will reflect you that's all.
