...re, strong belief and practices of employee welfare and great work life balance. Fairly good pay, defined appriasal cycles and parameters. Was fortunate to have an excellent manager as well.

Nothing in specific. A lot of companies out there are very toxic. WeWork is indeed an excellent organization to work with.

One of the best companies at the moment to work for! The work culture, the teams, everything about it is absolutely great. The managers are extremely helpful and are great mentors throughout.

The boss whom I was supporting as an executive assistant was very dissapointing and a sadist. I tried all the ways to reach up to his expectations but he had a very peculiar style of working which he never wanted to adjust with. Huge anger management issues and finally I had to put down my papers. After HR complaints and one and ones.

Everything is disliked. There is huge level of nepotism. Sustainability in this place is not on basis of talent, knowledge and hardwork but only on the basis of nepotism. Craxy long hours working. Senior Management purposefully making life terrible to satisfy their EGO.

The overall work atmosphere is good. They barely supported us with anything except WFH.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. They decided to lay off 20% of their employees despite the government asking them to not do so.They did not even compensate us adequately after laying us off
