a senior consultant

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Dislikes

Working culture. In here no time to personal growth. In this company politics is on top. And here promotion only for who came from head of department native place only. Bad culture here. There extend time of office work for no reason.

I don't like assistant manager because he is involve in company politics. the person who squeeze all the employees only after 7 PM.

Dislikes

I have a experience of 7 years, But this is the worst company i have ever seen, First they will say its 9 to 6 job. But after joining the company they will force you to do extra time without paying OT. There is no flexiblity. please don't except any flexiblity, NOTE: Freshers please dont spoil your life. you won't get any higher position in this company because of politics.
