...les of the garment in every weekend. SM do partiality amongst staff and manager. in offer letter they will show you different CTC after the joining salary will not come as per CTC. And no one will listen to you.

Very proud to be the part of TATA Group. Overall good experience. Salary and other benifits a good.

Usually the timing. Its Actually because of the store manager it is hard to have a work life balance because you have to give approx 10.30hr in a day . And i think this problem will never resolve.

...portive and very helpful full also work environment was free and very kindly....and in covid-19 situation company support me and not cut any single ruppes from my salary it's a very important support form the current situation.

Mostly my colleagues, and the staffs they send from head office. They were kind enough to show us how to get the operations done quicker than I would imagine. This is a job which one will get used to after a few months.

Dislikes

To begin with, the salary is not enough to sustain a family compared to the workload. The staffs especially managers are expected to do overtime if required without compensation which is common in every private company but the pay should be better.

Working at Westside is that salary is always on time that's a good thing and rest not good.. i mean people who are graduate well educated they cannot stay there for long, as we can make out what's going on.. while others are like puppets will do what they're told

Uneducated managers, overrated checking of belongings
