I have worked for 1 year and didn't even get a salary.3 months is the training period but nobody cares and they won't give you the stipend after the training and therefore will make you beg to get a stipend and that too which they promised me after the training was 3k...

Teammates are top good but management was terrible there is no security for the job and no salary were paid working environment was better innovative ideas were developed by me nad it was useful and overall if a negotiable salary is available it's were too good

No salary paid it was main thing to leave and management forcing to do overtime without any compensation

The company is open learn many of the different technologies about wood and its different varients of works. In the department of accounts it is the good oppotunity to study about account payable, account receivable, reconciliation of accounts, differents depot workings, purchase, sales and export and import.

The company do not give permenant job.

The company offers a best opportunity to start a training.I am feeling greatfull that me also a part of the maintenance department.So that i can interact with experienced engineers,fitters,operators,etc.And I deal with various machinaries including defibrator, high pressure plunger pumps,boiler,press,multistage pumps,blower,etc.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various places,so i can handle various languages(hindi,thamil).

Dislikes

security measures are weak here.Environment is filled with dust may cause allergic

All the basics of engineering we can learn from there. All the old machineries as well new machineries we can find there. A possible whole section of production and processing in depth of plywood manufacturing. The best option for learning about boilers and heat generators.

Dislikes

Smell of wood ,some people cannot adjust with the plant .
