Great work environment & culture.

Dislikes

There is a lot of Politics & the management doesn't address our issues. Salary also not good, & career growth is very slow. There is no appraisal for staff. There are so many staff doing excellent work but they didn't get promotion from last few years. This is very bad for everyone.

Top management must review individual performances & then offer yearly increment, instead of others feedback. Person put on 9to 10 yrs Service no Upgradation but person supporting individual are offered higher Perks & Promotations.
