Which I learn i give my 100% to company it's very painful that after one year we don't get chance to work again with this good experience there was no parmanent job for us after one year training period our work is done but so many students are there how learn very much the company should check there work experience talent markings of students and make them a parmanent employee for the profit of company. company was just taking land people or co-workers family members after unfit but what about that students who learn very much and give there best. minium 10% students should be pick up as parmanent worker who has great experience... Please slove this issue and make company profit..like this trained person can handle easily because he knows 80% work... please think about it
