Dislikes

Language can be issue for sometimes, but not an major issue because everyone also speaks Hindi. And you have to learn everything by yourself first like for exploring everything for first time by yourself. No one gonna spoon feed you from the very beginning of the learning

Employee in each other's friendly working together. Engineer department is very good.

Dislikes

Poor manegement. Employee life no safety. PPE no provided in employee. Company no first-aid kit no provided, medical no , Employee insurance no . More polution . No canteen. Sub floor very bad . Salary no increase. Quality very bad . Instrument and equipment very poor. Rejection very high. ETC.
