Language can be issue for sometimes, but not an major issue because everyone also speaks Hindi. And you have to learn everything by yourself first like for exploring everything for first time by yourself. No one gonna spoon feed you from the very beginning of the learning

Employee in each other's friendly working together. Engineer department is very good.

Dislikes

Poor manegement. Employee life no safety. PPE no provided in employee. Company no first-aid kit no provided, medical no , Employee insurance no . More polution . No canteen. Sub floor very bad . Salary no increase. Quality very bad . Instrument and equipment very poor. Rejection very high. ETC.

Nothing is to be in the organisation on positive aspects only the exploitation of the company to all the people of the company and only good aspects is HIRE AND FIRE POLICY 😜

They Do not have own eyes to judge the things they blindly follow the few people(employees).

The Experience was amazing to work with OEM Supplier company. You must have to upgrade yourself if you have to work with OEM like Mahindra & Mahindra , Escorts , Sonalika Tractors.

Everywhere if will find the points which dislike you than you will get even in any MNC.... So that is not the matter....
