Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company treats workers and staffs in the best way. Even trainees get full-fledged freedom and comfort. No work pressure. Good HR. Good accommodation.

Dislikes

Salary and hike is little bit low compared to others. But considering the freshers it is negligible. Food provided is not good.

I feel proud to working at Western Airducts India Pvt Ltd. My GM( Jinnah sir) and especially my MD sir ( Mr P K Raman sir) they both of them was very supportive and believe me...I never ever seen like my MD and GM they are so supporting and encouraging it's like a family, I given my best for my company..... thank you so much for given this opportunity to share my experience.
