Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

DONT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SHOWROOM

Environment of the showroom. Seniors are terrible, timing of the showroom. only coming to showroom time fixed but going to home time is not fixed. APPRAISAL IS NOT CAME ON TIME. NOT GIVEN THE APPRAISAL AS PER PERSON WORK AND ACHIEVEMENT.
