Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates and colleagues are very cooperative. Since it's a government office, working hours are not too long (6 hours). Got leave as per government holiday.

All our teammates are good. All of our heigher authority is very cooperative, working hours is flexible . Job security is also good.

Very unhealthy working condition. Career prospect is very very slow. Political involvement effect decision making regarding distribution of job to the subordinate staff,shift changing and also improving efficiency of subordinate staff.
