It has the potential and programme mandates to reach out to the poor, empower them by giving them livelihood options, hand holding by way of financial support, trainings, marketing and new ideas. Unfortunately, if the Project Directors do not have the vision and zeal, these benefits do not reach out to the grass roots levels. Given an enthusiastic leader, this programme could have changed the rural economic scenario

Dislikes

Team mates were really good - knowledgeable, had passion for the mission and beneficiaries. Unfortunately, due to lack of able leadership, the Mission has miserably failed to live up to its goals. Also hardly any trainings were organised, which might have been helpful to take the Mission forward.
