I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Job is secured. Decent compensation.In the path of system modernization. Great customer service, 99.9% transmission system availability. Excellent breakdown maintenance with quick restoration. Engineers working here are talented.

1. Site engineers are overloaded. 24x7 on the toe life for Sub-Station O&M engineers and testing engineers. 2. Site postings are rural in nature as most of the sub-Station s are located in rural areas. 3. No extra allowance or benifits for site people. 4. Slow promotion policy, stagnation after certain time.

1. Huge communication gap between Employees & HR 2. Maximum work rated to employees personal and official matter is done offline. So, an extra burden is there. 3. HR or management system is not so professional. 4. In Operation, type of job is fixed. So it'll be very boaring after some time. 5. OT allowance is restricted to a certain limit. Inspite of doing more than that limit in the interest of the company, an employee will not be paid. 6. Work culture is fully based on pen paper mode. Even Management do not response in e-mail.
