Since joining Wesoftek Solutions, I’ve faced many changes in my roles and responsibilities. At first, I worked on backend development using C# and ASP.NET. Soon after, I was moved to frontend design with React.js. Before I could get used to that, I was asked to work in QA, doing both manual and automation testing. These changes happened without proper hands-on training, which made things difficult. The constant changes and lack of stability in my tasks made it hard to settle into a routine or get good at any one thing. This affected my work-life balance because adjusting to new roles without enough support is tiring and stressful. Proper training and guidance are very important, especially for technical skills like automation testing with tools like Cucumber or Mocha. Without this support, meeting expectations and doing a good job becomes very hard. Additionally, I was given complex tasks like web scraping and bypassing dynamic passwords without proper training, which added to the challenge. Working in such a changing environment has required a lot of resilience and adaptability. Despite this, I’ve been willing to take on different challenges. However, it’s important to share my concerns about stability and its impact on my professional growth with my manager or HR. Addressing these issues could lead to a better and more supportive work environment. In the future, having clear and consistent roles, along with good training for the tasks, can greatly improve both individual and team productivity. This would also help everyone have a better work-life balance.
