...cause you are not their employee and your consultant cannot be less bothered. 2. Earlier it was better and all salary as agreed was given but now they just promise salaries and get work done even without paying as there were issues with paying of salaries. 3. Lately, they have been discouraging senior experience persons as part of payroll so if you have 6+ years experience, it is not a good prospect for you here. 4. Respect is something that was less earlier but now it is going down with time. There are various factions who consider themselves worthy of respect at various elves but the industrial staff(the hired engineers) are at the bottom of it all. 5. Work may be less but since most of engineers have left due to reasons above, now the left persons have to do all the job so be prepared to be overburdened with extra work. And be prepared to listen to shouts if it does not get finished on time even though it was someone else's work. 6. No learning as there are not many technical trainings overall. There might be some here and there but still not much. There is an endless list of points if I keep on thinking but my suggestion is a clear no-no unless you have some dire circumstances where monthly salary is immediately needed (in which case you don't think of these things).

Its a good place for spending 2 - 3 years and learn many things. They work on a wide variety of things and some of them are cutting edge , so it depends where you land up. But things move slow also as there are approvals to be taken. Its a good place to be for a few years , but not long term.

..., Not a place where you can be long term. No work from home or company hardware. Also salary is much below market rate for someone talented.

Likes

They don't care about employee welfare. The compensation benefits are very poor and unhealthy. There were increments since 2019 and however, they decremented salaries for most of the employees. The higher management never thinks from an employee perspective.

Dislikes

Poor salary compensation after you put in all your hard work. Here is a reverse effect regarding hard work paying off, but here it never pays, but start deducting.

Management behaviour is very bad specially in me group shashi sandhya and arjun kalgan are mangers they treat people so bad no one can think. If you work properly then also they abuse are gonna abuse you.

WESEE is indian navy autonomous company. It hires contracting staff. My experience with Indian Navy has been a learning curve. I would recommend people to join WESEE to not only gain experience and exposure but also to understand how armed forces contribute to nation building. Service in such sector are project and demand based. Contractor get to know defense personel staff .All company are known to have good and bad part, which is parcel of organisation. I would recommended software engineer to join org if they have opportunity to do so.

Dislikes

Contract tenure varies. Wider contract duration would benefits of either end.
