...yers (PM and KC) asked me to wait for sometime. v) Employee D = 20% in Nov 2019. Increment was in 5 digits and it made the salary in 6 digits. Can anyone believe that they didn't had money in the month of October and in the very next month, they had enough of money. vi) Employee C = 10% + 2.5% incentive around Jan or Feb 2020 (later it rolled back on the name of lock-down) vii) I again asked for increment in Oct 2020 on completion of 3 years. At that time, they had the ready-made excuse of lock-down and low business. viii) Employee C = Incentive from August 2021 ix) I again asked for increment in Oct 2021 on completion of 4 years. This time they didn't even bothered to reply. 2) Different rules for employees. I had asked for work from home due to personal reason, my request was being denied. After few days, one employee requested same, the request was accepted. Employee D works from home frequently. Different rules for every employee seems a bit unfair. Also, after few days new rule was set that support team can not work from home during week days. Why this rule was being implied on the few employees? 3) Delay in salary. There were 3 employees (including employee D), particularly whom I know, were receiving salary on and around 15th of every month. For others it was always being delayed. 4) No trust on employees who work on off days. This doubt was raised while giving just comp offs, nothing more than comp off is provided. 5) Employee D got the facility to work from home at the start of virus outbreak, even using personal transport. All other have to work from office who were using public transport. Why is this favaouritism? 6) Knowledge update in this 'IT' company is strictly prohibited. If found doing so, you will be fired on the spot. 7) No courtesy of discussion of no salary payment in the months of March, April and May of the year of 2020 during lock-down. 8) If company's laptop doesn't work, then particular employee's absent mark will be put for those many days. This is totally ridiculous. 9) All employees were getting 75% salary from March 2020 on the name of lock-down and low business. I asked to the employers (PM and KC) the reason for same in December 2021. They replied as I was working from home, I am getting less salary. How this can be the reason? I didn't get increment for 4 years, and still they were paying less. 10) They paid the bonus to one employee in Diwali of 2021. While doing so, they commented as we are paying the bonus even you are a new employee. Isn't it insulting to the employee? That employee didn't ask for bonus. And should I mention the bonus amount which was only Rs 1000. 11) Employees will be asked to work on the different things other than their job profile. So eventually employee will forget whatever they have learned. 12) Finally, I resigned in 2022. On discussion with PM for resignation reason, I mentioned about increment of employee D. Surprisingly, I got reply that don't compare yourself with employee D. How can 2 employees be compared working on different roles? Even if we consider comparison, this is just ridiculous reason for not giving increment for 4 years to the employee whose salary is not even taxable considering that they had enough of money for employee D's 5 digit increment making the salary in 6 digits.

...rom every person there. The directors are very very understanding and adjusting. No salary issues at all (1 or 2 day delays do happen at times really rarely but that's okay). The work environment is neither too formal nor very chill. They do play songs and all to keep boredom away. So it's pretty neutral in a good way. The company rules are also very simple and adaptable. It's great working here.

The only thing I feel lacks here is that nothing fancy happens here as compared to other private companies. No office picnics/parties/outings/trips etc maybe because they're a startup. Further as of 2018 there is no pantry (coffee machine, oven, etc) in the workplace. But if you're a person who's, focused, serious and mostly keen to learn and work more than "chill and work" then this is the right place for you.
