The best thing about this company is learning exposure,Company provides good opportunity for learning.I learned so many things. My overall experience in this company was good I enjoyed a lot during my working. Colleagues are very supportive.

The thing that I don’t like about this company is salary and appraisal, they gives good package with unnecessary variable components in salary structure ,which they never give.And during appraisals they always say company condition is not good at this time so we will give good increments in next cycle. Apart from this everything is good.

...rove out skills and technology in depth. For gaining knowledge it is preferable. But salary and facilities are very poor. You will not get a proper hike even if you work hard. Management is very poor and authoritative.

...on. Company policy are excellent, fair appraisal and have good bonus every year. Salary hike depends on yearly working achievements. Every year wep solutions organized games for employees and casuals, anybody can take part in the events.

This is the best company for freshers and budding professionals. Though small but a very complex and challenging work environment which gives you the perfect learning opportunity. Senior people are like father figure and they will always encourage you to do your best. You are helped in all possible ways
