Nothing, they will give jobs to needy people at low salary and may be few days training and will expect you to work like 3+ years experience person. If you struggle to do it. They will make situations to throw you out or make unseen pressure to resign.

Dislikes

...hrow you out and get some low salary people in. No extra WFH allowance provided. They will show your salary package as good but all will be useless until you work for here long.

Likes

...nical and personal...Teammates are comfortable to work with and be with them.. Salary wise not that great..though they identify the talent in employees.. Politics doesn't matter.. Learning wise, they give opportunity to learn and implement in daily work..

Dislikes

Nothing much... They should trust on their employees more and give little flexibility in their work

Likes

Targets are achievable and not much stress on quantity focus is more on quality

Dislikes

Lot of communication gap in the structure and the they have very limited database for search and there internal source of profiles do not work half the time.

Likes

Didn't like the work environment, plenty of partiality and favorism for people from same race were there. Senior Managers are not at all responsive, don't care attitude, no empathy, no people connect, nothing. Totally red flag.

Dislikes

There was lack of transparency and communication between departments. Also lack of clear direction and leadership within the organisation making it difficult to collaborate across teams

Likes

During pandemic when I wasn’t able to work from home due to electricity and internet issues, Mr. Harish (MD) did not take away my job instead gave other option how to sustain but yet be a part without leaving and how to fight with that difficult situation. If I was there in this organisation it was just because of Mr. Harish and Mr. Darshan.

Dislikes

The rude behaviours of some managers on their subordinates and new joiners is something unexpected. The politics which goes on and is still going on which has been kept ignorant by the management. Old employees just taking away new employees hardwork and the management and managers are not helping them. The salary hikes are very less compared to the work done. Employees who actually work and have received good compliments from clients are not recognised anytime but have to always sit behind and clap for others. Clients are ready to take these employees on their payroll but Wenger Watson has stopped them to do so.
