Great learning for a fresher From a mechanical background, company policies are good. Lower management supportive in all terms.

2-3yrs bond will be there, Currently top Management changed, lot of changes in system and ripples not settled yet. Currently engineer should do all the work from post to post. No people management. Dont expect eligible appraisal if you are from south India.

Worst Company ever....for everything there is a policy...but they have lost that policy somewhere in a fair.....
