No respect for design calculations, office politics is higher than anything, exploitation of skill and humans are prevalent. Can work as a contract employee, but not a regular, because will be given, only freshers can survive. Time is the important factor, as everything should be finished yesterday.

Great learning for a fresher From a mechanical background, company policies are good. Lower management supportive in all terms.

2-3yrs bond will be there, Currently top Management changed, lot of changes in system and ripples not settled yet. Currently engineer should do all the work from post to post. No people management. Dont expect eligible appraisal if you are from south India.
