There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Retd force person salary is very hight but engineer & knowledgeable to technology person salary is very small.

Good management and feels job security and also good work environment due to fully freedom for work.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes ,I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into th night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strength,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Only Anjar Location of Welspun Group is Best in Work Culture.Rest Locations are worst. Work Pressure is Only During Buyer Audit. Flexible Timing.Job Security is Average. Good in Use New Age Technology

No Carreer Growth Opportunities Very Less Salary Remote Location Almost Zero Cooperation of Employees

It's good to work at welspun because we learn many things about welspun & the staff behaviour is also good I was completed 3 months form trainee

At welspun many people are working and but too many are in same salary package and canteen should be also changes

Timely salary payment beside that only 1 bhk (tiny room not able to use for family).No extra facility even bus fee also they charges...Whatever is ur CTC u will get that only no perks no incentives...basic nominal appraisal they provide like 7 to 10%
