Peers performance is totally neglect by seniors. Toxic environment is created by upper seniors. Old employee took all credits of new employees. Rajasthani and gijarati casteasam is major. Other state employee good work is given to gujarati and rajasthani.

Work culture is good about this company, management gives us free hand to do our work. Also plant and self improvement is our gole. Company provide us soom good facilities. Work environment is nice. Increment is consistent.

It's online training and skill development is appreciably.

...mostly night shift, you can stay outside no room available for new employees. Mostly salary deducted including society charges,bus charges etc. No office facilities for Engineer.
