Everything: Don't join at UPjjm Project. 1) Duty Hours : 8:30 am to 8 pm ( Every day i.e Sunday to Saturday). 2) No holidays 3) if you joined, 3 months notice period compulsory. No compromise with it. 4) Everyday travelling min. 70-100 kms by bike. 5) only 2 lacs mediclaim benifits. 6) This project has gone through WhatsApp only. Every circulation has been diverted by whatsapp group no official mail observed.

... Industry at Site Facilities like Guest Houses, Office are as per standard Okay. Salary gets on time. Increment as per favouritism.

The working culture is very poor. In the company, specifically in the Water Division, there are no SOPs. They are operating in a trial-and-error phase. Management is unaware of how work is distributed among employees. The management and seniors often creates unnecessary pressure regarding vendor billing. There is no fixed schedule for subcontractors billing, here prepare billing on daily basis. Only a few employees have the ownership & responsibility for their work, while others shift their task to those who are responsible. Most of the store related works are with planning department which is very frustrating. The company seems disinterested in taking new project of water and job security in here is zero. HR is irresponsible.

Do not have any authority and all decisions will be taken from RO or HO. This should bot be done as different sites have different situations. Top management are not good at decision making.

Salary on time. Working hours 8:30 to 7 pm for site employees. Gym , caram board , playing tools provided at site . Higher management is very good and maintain ethics.

Dislikes

They recruited wrong person as a Construction manager. Construction manager ( Civil Department) , don't make BBS. Neither he makes measurements nor bbs . They are not construction manager, they are just like as Senior supervisor. DET has more experience than the construction manager. You might transfer every month. No decision making power . Just confused lower management. Otherwise all ok.

There are more politics, top management is supported only office employees not site colleagues. They hired insufficiency knowledge about the work in above construction manager level ( jugad se hire ). They don't know about ratio of concrete M15 grades, even don't know how to work with junior colleagues and project manager is also supported him. Overall very worst culture in this company and company is showing show off.
