...gory with हुसे experience difference. Thus career growth is almost flat. Salary grows @6%pa if are lucky other wise 3%.work culture is boss oriented not system driven. If production load is there which is usuall case you are over staying and no week offs.

No recognition of talent. Career growth is negative. Work life balance no one cares how much hours you work. Politics is biggest culprit company is divided in certain groups which is hampering this institutions since last few years.

No technical growth. Only 'Jugadu' mindset. Sometimes 12th pass will be your senior. Existing employee will get peanut in hike. Egoistic HODs. No clear vision and mindset. Employees who knows buttering will get hike.

no life and career, avoid this company if your enthusiastic and add more skills to have a bright career Because chance of that happening here is very less.

...agement PLUS canteen food is horrible, hair in food and uncooked food is common. if you're late then you will not get some items even though you pay full price. to sum up this don't come here if you want a career.

1. Almost every alternate year they ask department heads to retrench staff and best part is, it is all subjective. Most of the time it is LIFO basis. 2. HR remains only for email and lip service; has no active role. consequently department heads behave arrogantly. They only want Yes sir. They have big ego as if owner of the Company and can arbitrarily ruin carrier of subordinates.

One thing that is good with the organization that salary comes on Time.

Dont even understand where to start from such a cultureless organization, no good enviorment to work and the mid management is worst, people dont work much they prefer resinging every moment. Believe me or not if you are into this organization you making fool of yourself.
