All level employees have access to an open culture which mostly they misuse like they can come anytime and go anytime. Which makes it difficult for team leads to manage their team. In a few places, operation systems are still in the development stage which is under the work in progress stage.

- assemblies of workers need to made more centric towards workers and motivation should be given - rules and regulations should be made more strict

- salary growth is stagnant - transport facility is very limited to few employees
