You can see backbiting within team and leads are for no use and with full of politics. They wanted to get credit for others work and they feel it as a skill. They wanted resources to work for them and showcase infront of higher management for promotions.

...re used to carry forward Apprisal cycle: from yearly two cycles to once a year Removal of Variable pay: Variable pay amount was removed from hike letter and manager couldn't answer the benefits of doing that, in fact, Vpay of 2-3L just vanished in thin air and the good part is one cannot showcase the Vpay if he/she wants to change job as it is no more available in hike letter. Internal job change: Your current manager will know that you are applying for IJP, that a brilliant move Great right. Still, I recommend - they pay well to new joiners and if you are really lucky you will fall into a project with a high budget.

Lots of changes in the higher management made everything worse. Used to be a good place, slowly turning into service-based company day-by-day

Career growth opportunities were limited, with minimal recognition for contributions. Additionally, team dynamics were not always supportive, and trust issues within the team made collaboration difficult. A more positive and encouraging culture could significantly improve the overall experience.

Work life balance and pay is good as per norms.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security like in TCS, infosys or even in companies like Accenture, employees have some resistance to lay off. But in company like wells Fargo, there is 0 job security. Employees who joined were put into PIP and removed the same year they joined. Please do not join wells if you looking for job security. They will intentionally put resources in bad rating.
