... started to look out specially the way I have been treated in the last 8 months. Bonus has also been stopped and my salary has been reduced compared to previous year even with the same rating. How can you explain that?? Worse is that there is no one to explain. N reduction is not only with me, with most of my peers and TMs as well. My manager has been worse as I have to reach out multiple times to ask for approval of leaves. In the 7 months that he has been with me. Not a single time he approved my leaves beforehand. Had to do multiple follow-ups. Twice I worked on the days I asked for leaves to again ask. Great leaders!!

Policies are far better than any other companies night sift allowance is also better. Leaves are also good.

Dislikes

...ife balance senior management can call you any time and ask for update and data.no salary hike for employees who are working everyday. One employee get consistently exceed for last 3 years still not promoted. If you want to take ijp and management know they will then make your life living hell

Few or No tax saving components in salary stack. Top management has some egotistic people who wants things to be only as per their liking. Deviate and you will be targeted on a daily basis. Micro management is rampant in the organisation barring a few teams. No flexibility with work timings. US partners are fine with employees leaving early if there is no work but indian managers are busy enforcing strict 9 hours online culture.
