Work life balance is non existent , the company expects us to do overtime (unpaid) and salary / compensation is laughable considering how much business we as facilitators bring in , overall good place to learn about pharmaceutical field but other than that not much else

Bad experience.Worst management system.Worst HR teams.They can't even clear my Settlement salary.Saying deducted for Insurance.What kind of companies will deduct from take home salary!!??i regret so muchh

......unity is here...without team work nothing possible....staff is co-operative..salary is somewhat satisfactory....its like a ECG graph...L&D dept.carring a training programs in every month.....working environment is good.....overall experience is good...

...nted to do cost cutting. Many of the employees below store manager suffers this. No Travelling allowance for the employees even if one is spending 1/4th of his/her salary on travelling. No week offs for store manager. As if after joining this company you do not have family anymore.

Marketing expenditure very less done by company. Very less opportunity for exploring new things or exposure as per your profile. Slow growth.
