I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Overall we are all very happy here.

Dislikes

Most of my teammates are awesome, though some tough people do exist. Head of the institution Dr Hart is an excellent administrator. We are all very happy working under her flagship. No question of shifting to another institution.
